I must constantly make decisions on which tasks to tackle personally and which to delegate. I strive to keep both my executive staff and stockholders happy, and take responsibility for new directions that may affect the entire company. Using Spinscape, I create and delegate tasks to my executive staff. Using private sharing, I allow only the staff member assigned to the task to have access and the ability to view the given node. When they are finished, they mark the task as complete and I receive a notification by e-mail.
