I am a Project Manager. I establish the essential documents for a project and gather the necessary resources. I ensure that we stay on budget and meet every specification. I have to make sure that each and every detail of a project is completed correctly and on time.

I begin by taking the main project and breaking it down into the individual sprints and tasks. I can see the project now in all of it’s bits and pieces. Each section is customized with colors and shapes. I can quickly hone in on the area that needs attention.

In Spinscape, I can attach project documents including word documents and excel spreadsheets. This means the project specifications and budget can quickly be added. I give everyone on the project view permissions so they can see all the details, the costs and the progress, and know that we’re on track.

When I’ve assigned resources, they are included in the map too. I can see the project coming together and who’s responsible for each part. I can assign a task and receive a completion email when it’s been done. Color coding and image icons call out what to do, what’s done, and what’s urgent and needs attention.
